We are "The SUN" company (The Solution U Need). We founded this company in the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year while taking part in a "Young Entrepreneurs" program. Our company consists of 13 students.
The program is accompanied by volunteer mentors, and educational guide in business students from the interdisciplinary collage of Herzelya. Just like any other business organization, our company chooses democratically: a head manager, a director of finance, a production manager, an advertising manager, a spokesman, etc and chooses teams who work in those fields. Our first fundraises consisted of the selling of different products at our school and in shopping malls. After producing our product, we are selling and advertising the product by selling it to families individually, turning to businesses with it and advertising it using social media and the internet.
Before deciding on our final product we had many difficult contemplations and marketing survey which helped us pinpoint an important need or a problem that we wanted to meet and solve.
The problem we focused on: proper diets and unhealthy lifestyle that children have.
Therefore our company decided to design a product that encourages a healthy lifestyle and by that solving our problem.
